Located in Arenys de Mar, the holiday home 'Sant Rafel House' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the first floor, living room and kitchen, as well as a TV as well as a washing machine. The holiday home also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening. The property is located right in the center of Arenys de Mar, and the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the train station are only a 5-minute's walk away.
Puerto de Arenys is also nearby, with restaurants and water activities. Pets are not allowed. Please note: this accommodation is for families and workers/companies.
Guests under 25 are not allowed. Check-in from 17:00 to 21:00. Late Check-in 21:00 to 23:00 for an extra fee. After 23:00, NO check-in possible. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property.
