Els Abats country house is in Fornalutx, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, with spectacular views of the Sóller valley and mountains.
It has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeping 4 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms with double beds, and a TV. It lies on the GR 221 hiking route, one of the Serra de Tramuntana's most beautiful walking spots, overlooking the Sóller valley. The outdoor space is the main attraction: a private garden, terrace with panoramic views and a natural pool treated with chlorine and active oxygen, with water replaced every 7 days.
The pool is unavailable during maintenance on Thursdays from 17:00 to 20:00. It is open from May through October.
Pets are welcome. The nearest village, Biniaraix, is an 8-minute drive away.
Sóller, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants, is about 20 minutes away. Access: the house is in the mountains, reached via a narrow, winding road; a small car is recommended.
The final stretch is on foot and requires sure footing.
The host provides parking about 100 metres away and helps with luggage on arrival and departure. There are 3 outdoor surveillance cameras: at the main entrance, by the parking area and butane cylinders, and at the rear entrance beside the largest bedroom. Important: the garden is fenced with gates to protect the plants from local wildlife (lambs); always keep them closed.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by leaving them open, and costs may be deducted from the security deposit. Outdoor pool: 5 × 4 m, 2.2 m deep.
Open from 1 May to 30 October.

Lovely property, and the owner could not have done more. He met us at 2 in the morning!! Please note the property is a good 15minute drive up a narrow paved road. The swimming pool is heaven and the views stunning. And the house very clean and well equipped.
