Just outside the popular holiday destination of Sóller in the heart of the island, Casa Catalina holiday home offers a fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The accommodation features a cosy living room with beautiful ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people.
It also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV.
A baby bed and high chair are available if requested in advance.
Outside, you will find a garden with a small terrace surrounded by orange and lemon trees, as well as a covered rooftop terrace with a barbecue and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Spend romantic hours under the starry sky and end the evening with a glass of wine.
Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 400 metres away, and the centre of Sóller is a 13-minute walk from the property.
The beach of Port de Sóller can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
Parking is available on the property.
Taxis cannot reach the property as the road is narrow and steep; however, it is a short distance from the road to the house.
This is a self-catering property.
Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied.
Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided.
For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

Unser super Urlaub wurde von der herrlichen Finca abgerundet ! Das Zentrum ist schnell errreichbar, die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist besonders erwähnenswert, da lohnt sich der Auf-und Abstieg ! Das Quartier hat alle notwendigen Utensilien, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber, eine Finca zum Wohlfühen !

Huset ligger oppe på bjerget - væk fra turisme og støj - udsigten er uendelig smuk og huset er meget rent og velfungerende .
Läget är härligt med utsikt över Soller och bergen mittemot.

Trivsamt hus och den trevliga lilla staden Soller. Vandring i omgivningarna med citrusodlingar och olivlundar. Bergsvandring från Valdemossa upp på de högre höjderna var storslagen och lätt att göra men lite ansträngning förstås. Utflykter till Cala de Deia och Sa Calobra var härliga.
