The charming Agriturismo property Bilo Iris is located in Marina di Grosseto and is perfect for lovers of nature and tranquillity.
Here you can spend your farm holiday by the sea, in the countryside and near places of art and culture, without giving up precious moments of relaxation.
The 45 m² property, that is part of a residence, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. The laundry room with a washing machine is shared with the other flats in the residence.
The property has air conditioning. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden.
A shared outdoor area with a pool (open from the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting), is also available for your use. The accommodation is located in a rural and quiet area, but in a strategic position: only 3km from the famous beaches of the Tuscan Maremma, the pine forest and the shops of Marina di Grosseto and 10 km from Grosseto, a town with all services. By bike you can reach the village and the beach in just 10 minutes, there is a cycle path almost the whole way. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Bicycles (more than 20) are available free of charge for guests.

Le lieu est tranquille. Nous étions en couple. Sympa aussi en famille. Le proprio Paolo est accueillant. On y retournera sûrement. Très beau logement. Propre.
