Posizione ottima, proprio sul corso. Il garage per l'auto è stato un plus da non trascurare a Castiglione della pescaia. Appartamento ben insonorizzato. Ottima comunicazione con l'host.
L'arredamento andrebbe rivalutato in funzione di una casa vacanze, specialmente per gli ospiti che dormono in salone. Rampa di scale un po' scomoda per chi ha un passeggino.
