The holiday home 'Villa Juani Sólo Familias' is located in Conil and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (separate bathroom in the pool area) as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space featuring a fenced pool (pool cleaning and maintenance: Tuesday and Thursday in the morning), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach. 5 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Youth groups are not allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
