Located in Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home "Casa Paqui 1" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning on the living room, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool, a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. External guests who are not included in the reservation are not admitted. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
