The spacious apartment in Marbella offers beautiful mountain views.
The 162 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), centralized air conditioning and heating, washing machine, television and a high chair. The private outdoor area features a covered terrace and a balcony.
There is also a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June to September 15) and a garden. The property enjoys an excellent location, less than 2 km from the beach and 3 km from Puerto Banús. All shops, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and within walking distance. Approximate distances: - San Pedro de Alcántara Beach: 1.88 km - Nearest bar: 150 m - Nearest supermarket: 100 m - Nearest café: 160 m - Nearest restaurant: 25 m - Nearest airport: 63 km Parking is available in a garage.

Santiago, the host for my husband and family was fantastic. It made the whole process of checking in and out seamless. He kept in touch regularly and responded to any queries promptly. It was a great location in close proximity to the beach, shops and pubs and short taxi rides to places a bit further out of San Pedro. The apartment was immaculate. We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in Santiagos apartment. The accommodation and location were perfect for a group of adults and teenagers to explore San Pedro. Thw swimming pool was fantastic.
