The villa El Cafetal de Veronica, which is situated in Puerto Banús, overlooks the nearby mountain.
This 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 650m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 2km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 650m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 600m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 650m Playa de Cortijo Blanco. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (max. 1 pet of 10 kg or less). For late check-ins (after 8 pm), an extra fee will be applied. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden and that groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. The villa has recently been renovated, with new bathrooms and an enlarged bedroom on the 2nd floor. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

I took away from work to reward them for their hard work. The Villa is fantastic, in a perfect location. The facilities were excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable break. Ankunftsdatum - 6. Juni 2023

The villa was absolutely beautiful. A real cooks kitchen, with every amenity you could think of. Pool was fabulous, and the gardens were beautifully kept. Access to the beach was two minutes away, and a casual walk into central Puerto Banus was 25 mins, but along the board walk so a stop at one of t...
