The villa "Villetta Le Rose" in San Teodoro in Sardinia is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation with a sea view.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
The villa also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite television, modern air conditioning in very room as well as a washing machine.
Children are allowed.
The villa boasts a beautiful private outdoor area with a seawater pool including a jacuzzi area, a garden, garden furniture, a barbecue, an outdoor shower.
The holiday complex has a tennis court.
There are also 3 covered terraces and an uncovered roof terrace (Solarium) for guests to enjoy.
The villa is 5 to 15minutes away from the beaches.

Der Pool ist super. Der Gastgeber sehr nett und war immer erreichbar. Genauso wie der Check in und die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Das Restaurant in der Siedlung hat zu und man benötigt ein Auto...... Aber da kann weder der Gastgeber noch das Haus was dafür.

La casa è molto bella e con tutte le cose necessarie, ben posizionata, e abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo.
Asciugamani e lenzuola da pagare a parte, sono forniti solo 1 set di asciugamani a testa non molto abbondanti.

Das Haus Ein schönes Haus, es bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das einzige Haus mit Pool und Dachterrasse in der Anlage! Schön bepflanzter Garten. Traumhafter Gartenblick jeden Morgen. Pflege vom Pool könnte optimiert werden.Traumstrand um die Ecke. Mietwagen erforderlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen!
