Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment La Encina is located in Puerto d'Alcúdia.
This 110 m² property consists of a spacious and bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV, Smart TV as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a large balcony with a table and chairs for 6 people, from which you can enjoy the view over the main street of Alcúdia.
The mountains can be seen from the laundry room.
The outdoor area is a communal area with parking, shower and garden.

El anfitrión, la casa, la limpieza, la ubicación, .... no puedo poner ninguna queja, la verdad.
No hubo nada que no me gustase..... si acaso la falta de ascensor para subir al segundo piso con todos los bártulos de 2 bebes a diario,....., pero no lo considero grave en absoluto.

the apartment was big and had everything we could need - all kitchen facilities, new tools and devices in the kitchen. there were some necessities like coffee, water, wine left for us by the host.
also there were plenty of beach equipment - sun umbrellas, inflatable toys, plastic beach toys, etc. - ...
it's a bit noisy from the main street which is right in front of the house, so we could not fully enjoy the terrace
though apartment was very clean, it was a bit smelly in both bathrooms - probably because of the water and/or house pipes. there were plenty of towels provided by the host, but we woul...
