Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment La Encina is located in Puerto d'Alcúdia.
This 110 m² property consists of a spacious and bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV, Smart TV as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a large balcony with a table and chairs for 6 people, from which you can enjoy the view over the main street of Alcúdia.
The mountains can be seen from the laundry room.
The outdoor area is a communal area with parking, shower and garden. Walking/driving distance to beach: 150m Platja d'Alcudia. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 229m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 271m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 169m. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 179m. Distance to the airport: 63.1km Palma de Mallorca Airport. A lake is located behind the building and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets, parties or events are NOT allowed. Groups of young people are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. Guests can use the Smart TV using their own accounts and credentials.
