Las zonas comunes y vegetación muy cuidada, mucha tranquilidad, sin ruidos.
Urbanización muy cerrada y axfisiante. El patio particular sin toldo, imposible utilizar, además el aparato exterior del aire acondicionado se encuentra a 20 centímetros del suelo y es como un calefactor de aire caliente en el patio. Piscina comunitaria absolutamente cerrada por muros, es como estar en un horno. Ubicación fatal para ir a la playa. No repetiría.
