Villetta Rosa vacation home is located in the small Ligurian town of Lavagna, near Genoa.
It is only 3,5 km away from the nearest beach.
The charming 2-level vacation home is situated on a hill and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine area with a queen size bed, a bathroom and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and a TV. Enjoy wonderful hours in the private outdoor area with panoramic views of Tigulio Ligure to Portofino.
Here you will find a garden, a partially covered sun terrace with dining area and a balcony.
Prepare delicious meals on the communal grill and enjoy them with your loved ones at a barbecue. A 6-minute drive (3 km) will take you to a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute drive away (3.2 km). Lavagna, known as the capital of slate, is 6.4 km away (12 minutes by car). Here you can stroll through the historic center, store in the small stores and boutiques or enjoy the view of the huge harbor with its countless ships and yachts.
The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car (3.5 km). Numerous other beaches are on the way to Lavagna.

Very nice small private « dépendance » n’est to the owner’s house.Fantastic view on the Lavagna / Sestri bay from the private terrace. The house is on the hights of Cavi Borgo, away from the busy trafic. Idéal for hicking in the mountain with our two dogs. Perfectly placed for visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre. Matteo and his mother are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We recommend

Le cadre était superbe vue sur la mer levé et couché de soleil. A 15min grand max de Sestri, les hôtes étaient gentils et discret. La petite maison que offre cette famille est typique de l'Italie son aménagement aussi est très rustique. Ce n'est pas pour les personnes qui aiment le luxe et le confort. Nous avons appréciés. Merci aux hôtes mes amitiés.

Scam!!!! Took my money would not respond with address and when I clicked directions it said sorry we are booked. The “help” chat would ask for my confirmation number and when I gave it would ghost me I tried 3 times. Will be getting full refund and reporting
