The property features one bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, two balconies, and a bathroom. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for smart working and video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The apartment also offers a pleasant sea view, and the building is served by an elevator for maximum convenience. Outside, two private balconies provide the perfect spot to unwind in the open air and soak up the Ligurian coastal atmosphere.
The location is especially privileged: the beach is just 50 meters away, and the promenade and marina are within easy walking distance. The apartment is also close to the historic center and the train station, making it easy to get around on foot or by public transport.
