The lovely holiday apartment Huerta del Obispo is centrally located in Cadiz. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls). The homeowner also offers a welcome kit.
There is a private 60 m² open terrace with seating furniture on the ground floor where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the sun.
Thanks to the convenient location of the apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk away. The nearest restaurant is just 1 minute away on foot (100 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away (140 m). The stunning Playa de la Victoria is just 5 minutes away (550 m) and Playa Santa María del mar (600m). Jerez airport is 35 minutes away by car (43.3 km).
A private underground parking space is available upon request and for a fee and street parking is available without guarantee.
Several pets are allowed, depending also on the species or size; generally, three medium-sized dogs can be accepted.
There are motion detectors that only operate if the guest chooses to activate the alarm system. These detectors have their lenses covered with caps, which the guest can easily verify at a glance for their peace of mind. The alarm is never activated during the guest’s stay unless they decide to enable it. For added security, the guest has access to a remote control in the apartment that allows them to freely manage the alarm system.
