Located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera in sunny Andalusia, this villa consists of 3 small houses gathered around a pool area, garden, and terrace.
This property is therefore ideal for families who wish to travel together while maintaining a degree of independence.
Each house has a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, as well as its own bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher in one of the houses, television, as well as a highchair and cot (both available upon request).
Up to 12 people can be accommodated in the 3 houses combined.
Outside, you will find a pool, garden, terrace, and a barbecue for family enjoyment.
The nearest supermarket and other local amenities are in Conil de la Frontera, just 5 minutes away by car (4 km).
Conil is famous for its beautiful beaches, with Playa de la Fontanilla being the closest to the property.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Bedroom 3: double bed Bedroom 4: 2 single beds Bedroom 5: double bed Bedroom 6: 2 single beds The pool will be closed in the low season (from November to February, inclusive).

La amplitud de la parcela y que pudiésemos tener casas independientes. Las casas están totalmente equipadas y es perfecta para unos días de desconexión y relajación. Zona muy tranquila.

- Las almohadas no son cómodas
