The 244 m²holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request).

The highlight of the property is certainly the wonderful private outdoor area, where you can start the day with breakfast on the open and covered terrace with seating furniture and nice views of the surrounding mountains and onto the sea.

The pool area invites you to take refreshing swims or bask in the sunshine on the deck chairs.

For children, there is also a little playground area, and a table tennis table makes for fun afternoons.

In the evenings, you can enjoy a glass of wine with tasty dinner from the barbecue.

From the property, it is a 5-minute drive (2 km) to Pollença, where you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants and a pharmacy.

Port de Pollença, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina, can be reached after an 8-minute drive (5 km).

There you can swim in the bay and explore the many cafés and restaurants along the promenade and the marina.

The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 40-minute drive (52 km), and the city’s airport is a 45-minute drive (61 km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property.
