Located in a quiet area in Marbella, the holiday apartment Las Yukas is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with the family by the beach.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a house and has an independent, private entrance.
The well-kept apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person and a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms (one with a shower outside by the garden - ideal for after the beach) and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (with option of warm air), fans, a washing machine and a fireplace in the living room (works with wood). Beach chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach are available upon request.
A travel cot is also available upon request.
Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue.
Your furnished terrace invites you to enjoy barbecued meals with your loved ones under the evening sun or to sip on a glass of wine under the stars.
The highlight of the property is its excellent location.
Restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in 2-5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away (800 m). The long, sandy beach Playa del Río Sequillo, one of the best beaches in Marbella is a mere 3 minutes away on foot.
Furthermore, Málaga airport can be reached by car in 34 minutes (47 km). Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. One parking spot is available on the fenced property. One small pet is allowed.
Please make sure your pet does not cause any damages. The upper floor of the house is another apartment and is not for rent. There is a security camera in the garden.
You can decide whether or not you want it activated during your stay.

Gepflegtes traditionelles Haus mit Patio, der schön bepflanzt ist. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Ausstattung sehr gut. Es ist an alles gedacht. Klimaanlage und Heizgeräte für kühle Tage. Rollläden und Mückengitter. Kommunikation mit dem ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgeber über WhatsApp sehr gut. Strand und Restaurants fußläufig leicht zu erreichen.
