In Marbella, the holiday apartment "Sea Front Beach Studio Apartment" offers an excellent view of the sea.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, a baby cot as well as a washing machine.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace that offers spectacular sea views and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a children's pool, a playground, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The outdoor area also offers shared pools with the following opening times: Opening pool times: Pool 1: 14/07 - 31/08 Pool 2: 14/07 - 31/08 Pool 3: 02/06 - closing date depends on weather conditions Pool 4: 02/06 - closing date depends on weather conditions Pool 5: 31/03 - closing date depends on weather conditions These times are decided by the board based on the weather and demand and the opening hours may be extended.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
The property has a step-free interior and an elevator is available in the building.

The view and being so close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Bathroom window needs something to cover it for extra privacy, i used a towel.

Beliggenhed fantastisk havudsigt. Super lejlighed med meget udstyr incl. Vaskemaskine, solbaldakin m.m. mega rent og en dejlig seng incl. En stor og venlig hjelp af Kimara ved sen indtjekning om aftenen👍👍
Vi syntes at alt er fint. Evt. Et par sol/liggestole paa teressen kunne måske vaere godt👍
