Located in Playa Blanca, Villa Kodotoma has everything your need for a relaxing holiday.
The spacious house offers a view of the sea and the mountains and consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a library, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms.
The property can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed fiber optic internet, a washing machine, fans and a television with all kinds of sports channels and Netflix.
A table tennis table and a foosball table are also located in the property.
Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower.
Your multiple outdoor seating areas invite you to relax under the sun while you lose yourself in a good book and the pool provides the necessary refreshment on hot days.
The closest restaurant and supermarket are just a short walk away from the property and a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes are located by the coast, approximately 30 minutes away on foot or 6 minutes by car. Here you can also relax on the beach Playa Blanca and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Furthermore, Lanzarote airport can be reached by car in 30 minutes (34 km). Parking spaces are available on the property.

Amplia. Piscina grande y con barbacoa.
Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Puerta de cocina rota poco más y se cae arriba de uno. Latas de cerveza en la entrada dentro del jardín. Alguna cuca en la cocina en la zona de los utensilios. Vasos mal lavados nevera con falta de limpieza

Wonderful villa that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All areas very clean, Well equipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and a fabulous outside area with a lovely pool.
