The villa’s privileged location puts you close to the beach and public transport. Parking is available both on the property and on the street.
Events are not permitted.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience. A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away. October 2026 notice: Garage work will take place during this period.
One or two workers are expected, usually from 9:00 to 15:00/16:00. Workers may occasionally pass through the terrace.
Noise levels cannot be predicted.
The entire period from October 4 to 31 can be booked upon request.

La casa es magnífica, tiene absolutamente de todo. La cocina está equipada al completo. Renate deja hasta toallas de piscina. Hemos estado encantados y nos hubiéramos quedado allí eternamente. Todo súper limpio, cómodo y agradable. Lo recomiendo al 100%. A su vez Renate y Walter son estupendos anfit...
