Can Picafort, in the northeast of Mallorca, has grown from a small fishing village into one of the island’s most popular destinations.
Located on the long bay of Alcúdia, it offers two beaches within walking distance, plenty of entertainment options, and a strong infrastructure, making it ideal for families and active travelers. Quietly situated in the village and just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach, the welcoming holiday home 'Casa Mediterránea' (125 m²) is set away from tourist crowds.
Tastefully furnished, the house features a living room with sofa and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, cot, and high chair.
Hand soap is provided.
The well-maintained, fenced, and secluded outdoor area of this terraced house is secured with video surveillance.
A heated hot tub is available. In the center of Can Picafort, 350–700 m away, you can easily reach supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops within 5–10 minutes on foot.
The fine sandy "Playa El Muro," stretching for kilometers toward Alcúdia, is also a 10-minute walk away—perfect for long evening strolls. Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 50 km and an hour’s drive away.
Street parking is available.
The bus stop is 5 minutes from the house.
Pets, parties, and events are not allowed.
Groups under 25 are not accepted.

Lage perfekt, Pool ist Mega.
3 Toiletten, sehr sauber. Pool Reinigung.
Tolle Wohnung.
Sehr hellhörig, ältere Möbel die defekt waren, Nägel die raus stehen. Betten knarzen.
Nachbarn unfreundlich.
Hatten hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

Der Whirlpool war eine gute Entscheidung. Strand zum abkühlen ist fußläufig zu erreichen sowie genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles da was man auch für einen längeren Urlaubsaufenthalt brauchen kann. Die Unterkunft und die Außenanlage war sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Maison très agréable, joliment décorée, spacieuse, propre. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont prévus. Le quartier est calme et proche de la plage et des magasins.
