The stylish Mettnau Apartment is located in a quiet area of Radolfzell on Lake Constance, just a few minutes’ walk from the lakeshore.
This high-quality Bauhaus-style holiday apartment offers a modern and relaxed living space of 48 m² for 2 guests. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a queen-size bed, sofa, and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. A special highlight is the private terrace with a small garden—perfect for relaxing after a day by the lake. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a private entrance, and a parking space on the property.
You can store your bikes on the terrace or in front of the house. The lakeshore is about a 5-minute walk away, and the historic old town of Radolfzell is around 15 minutes on foot.
Restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby.
The train station is approximately 1.2 km away. Pets are not allowed.
The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Pkw und Fahrradstellplatz vor dem Haus. Optimal für zwei Personen. Zum Wohlfühlen.
Leider nur eine Wolldecke. Abfallentsorgung schlecht geregelt. Eine Tüte für den gelben Sack wäre hilfreich. Wünschenswert wäre eine Vorstellung vom Vermieter gewesen.

Tolles Ambiente
Wenn jemand abhängig von einem WLan-Empfang ist (E-Mail oder ähnliches) hat ein Problem! Empfang war wirklich schlecht!
Die Parkmöglichekeiten waren eingeschränkt! Man musste hier wählen das Kfz auf dem Grundstück zu parken oder die Fahrräder (E-Bikes).
