Sipplingen on Lake Constance offers hiking, cycling and lovely places to visit.
In a quiet, central village location, Residence Flower Idyll's cozy first-floor apartment “Lavendel” is about an 8-minute walk from the lakeshore and harbor. The 83 m² apartment has a living room with a sofa, side table, cable TV and radio.
It includes a dining area for 4 and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with a large freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
There is a coat storage area, 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed each, and a modern bathroom with a large vanity, mirrored wall, toilet and overhead shower.
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
Guest information folders are in the apartment; further information is available at the tourist office.
The covered terrace/south-facing balcony (30 m²) has been redesigned with sun loungers, a side table, seating and a parasol.
It offers a limited view of Lake Constance. The train station, small supermarket, several restaurants and free natural bathing beach are about an 8-minute walk away.
Sipplingen is an ideal base for numerous excursions, with many cycling and hiking trails to explore. Each apartment has a car parking space.
Bicycles can be stored in 2 lockable bike rooms.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and, unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Renovation work will take place in an apartment in the guesthouse from mid-September 2026 to the end of March 2027. A special rate reflecting possible noise disturbance is already included in the rental price.
