Located in Überlingen, the ground floor apartment Kramer is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the banks of Lake Constance.
The charming apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a table and chairs, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television.
The highlight of the apartment is its private covered terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers.
Here you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee or relax with a good book while you enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
A garden, which is shared with the other guests of the house, is also available for your use. A pizzeria is located just a 1-minute walk from the property while a further selection of bakeries, cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is also just a 6-minute walk away (500 m) and Überlingen train station is a 13-minute walk away (1.1 km). The nearest bathing beach Ostbad is a 15-minute walk from the property (1.2 km) where you can swim in the wonderful lake.
In an 11-minute drive you will reach Affenberg Salem zoo (8.6 km) and the ferry terminal in Meersburg, from where you can cross the lake to the city of Constance, is a 17-minute drive away (16 km). Parking spaces are available on the property.

Saubere, geräumige und frisch renovierte Wohnung für 2 Personen. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und es war ein netter Kontakt. Lage in Überlingen auch gut.
