On the outskirts of the town of Arta, the holiday home Ses Eres is located in the middle of the picturesque mountain landscape of Mallorca.
It is built in the classic Majorcan style and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a TV with a DVD player, games, a washing machine and a high chair for children.
The spacious private outdoor area includes a garden, a table tennis table and a pool.
Here you can relax with a cocktail on a deck chair and enjoy the view.
A covered terrace with a barbecue, a furnished balcony and an open terrace also belong to the holiday home.
The nearest beach is about 13.4 km away and can be reached by car in 17 minutes.
The next supermarket is only 1,3 km away.
Restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the centre of Arta, which can be reached by car in 8-10 minutes.
A visit to this medieval town to stroll through the narrow streets or to visit the castle complex is definitely worthwhile.
The nature reserve Parc natural de la península de Llevant, which can be explored on numerous hiking trails, is also only a 20-minute drive away.

Idyllische Lage, absolut ruhig. Geschmackvolle, schöne Finca. Der Blick in die Landschaft ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden aber dafür super ruhig und idyllisch.

The pool was amazing and everything around the property pristine. We loved our trips to Arta most evenings. (5 min drive)
The balcony in the late evenings was amazing, sitting listening to the animals around us and looking at the stars! So so peaceful ✌️
Great location to Arta, Cala Rajata and Cala...
Air conditioning in upstairs bedroom would have top it off. However it was a heat wave and temperatures were very hot day and night. So the fans provided just didn't help.
A very minor point though
Absolutely 10 out of 10 for our family of 5.
