Situated close to the centre of Überlingen, a lovely town on Lake Constance, the well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Borrs” is an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays on the lake and hiking or cycling tours in the scenic area.
The 80 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with one single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
You can start your day with a coffee on the south-facing balcony with seating furniture or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. The nearest supermarket can be found an 11-minute walk (850 m) from the apartment, a bakery lies a 4-minute walk (350 m) away, and cafés and restaurants can be reached after 500 m or a 6-minute walk to the charming historical centre of Überlingen.
After a 10-minute walk or 850 m, you can get to the train station and the ferry terminal, from where you can cross the lake to Wallhausen near Konstanz.
The closest beach, Strandbad West, is a 17-minute walk (1.4 km) from the apartment and next to the thermal bath.
The hilly area surrounding Lake Constance is perfect for hiking or cycling, but a skiing area is also in the proximity, located a 30-minute drive (25 km) from Überlingen. Parking spaces are available on the property.
