The well-equipped "Studio Apartment House 18" is located in Nesselwangen, a village northwest of Überlingen, close to the shores of Lake Constance.
The 28 m² one-room apartment on the upper floor consists of a living area with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people.
Further facilities include WLAN, satellite TV and a high chair.
You can start the day with breakfast on the balcony and spend the evenings there with a glass of wine.
From the property, the nearest beach, Strandbad West in Überlingen, can be reached in 9 minutes by car (7.5 km), where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama.
The charming center of Überlingen with beautiful architecture, lively promenades and a thermal bath can be reached in 8 minutes by car (7 km).
There you will find all kinds of supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants.
Further beaches can be found in Sipplingen (13 minutes by car or 11.5 km) and in Ludwigshafen after 9 minutes by car (7.2 km).
From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 21-minute drive (23 km) away, you can cross the lake to Constance and visit the picturesque old town with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral.
The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling trails through picturesque landscapes and along the shores of the lake.
In winter, you can even go skiing 30 minutes away by car (31 km) or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss border.
Parking is available on the property at no extra charge.

Es ist etwas außerhalb gelegen aber sehr gemütlich und man hatte seine Ruhe. Währe ich nochmals dort könnte ich mir vorstellen nochmals dort zu wohnen

Waschbecken sehr klein , man kann der sehr schlecht benutzen, der Vermieter ist sehr nett aber nicht groß zügig für die Ausstattung .
