The cozy holiday apartment is located in the beautiful historic center of Konstanz, close to all sights and just a short walk from the lakeshore.
The accommodation consists of an area with 2 single beds on the first floor, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom on the ground floor, and accommodates 2 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, iron and ironing board, a first aid kit (available on request for general use), and cable TV. Thanks to the central location, you will find numerous cafés, bakeries, and restaurants in the narrow old town alleys, as well as a monastery and a theater just 100 m away.
The Konstanz Cathedral is a 2-minute walk (140 m), and a supermarket is a 7-minute walk (550 m) away.
The train station is a 12-minute walk (1 km) away, right next to the marina and ferry terminal.
The nearest beach, Strandbad Horn, is 3.5 km or about 10 minutes by car away and is located next to the thermal bath.
There you can swim in the clear water and enjoy the panorama.
From the holiday apartment, you can reach the German-Swiss border and the city of Kreuzlingen in Switzerland in 15 minutes (1.2 km) on foot.
In winter, you can reach ski resorts after about a 35-minute drive (25 km). Bed linen and towels are included.
Pets are not allowed.
You will receive a guest card that allows you to use all public transport free of charge.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment.

Das einzig Gute war die Lage.
Der modrige Willkommensgeruch der Waschmaschienen im Eingangsbereich.
Fotos zeigen nicht den aktuellen Look der Wohnung. Es waren Einzellbetten und nicht wie auf dem Foto suggeriert als Doppelbett.

wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden, komplikationslos sehr pragmatisch. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, jedoch sehr sauber und das was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, mitten in der historischen Altstadt, alles in der Nähe
Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte wissen, dass man dort nicht parken kann. Die Vermietern besorgt einen Parkschein, der Parkplatz ist jedoch einige Gehminuten (ca. 25 Min) entfernt. (Parkplatz ist offen, für jeden zugänglich und nicht überdacht) Also besser Öffentlich anreisen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, mitten in der wunderschönen Innenstadt. Man kann zu jeder Zeit und jeden Tag etwas tolles erleben und unternehmen!!!
Aber die Wohnung ist unter aller Sau!!! Das sie ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist nicht schlimm. Kann auch was uriges haben, aber die Sauberkeit war überhaupt nicht gegeben!!! Ich weiß nicht wofür man 60€ Endreinigung bezahlt, dort ist schon ewig nicht mehr gesäubert wurden!!!
