Situated in the popular holiday resort of Conil de la Frontera, the lovely apartment “Juan 2” is centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach.
The apartment comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom.
Therefore, the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people.
Amenities also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television and a washing machine.
Via an outside staircase you have access to an open roof terrace, where you can start the day with breakfast while you enjoy a wonderful view over the city and the sea. Shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and can all be reached within 5 minutes on foot (450 m). The closest sandy beaches, Playa de la Fontanilla and Playa de los Bateles, are within a 12-minute walk (1 km). From Conil, the beautiful city of Cádiz is a 45-minute drive (49 km) away, while Gibraltar is located 100 km (a one-hour-and-35-minute-drive) to the southeast.
The nearest international airport lies outside Jerez, 72 km or a 50-minute drive from the apartment. Street parking is available. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are not allowed. Please note that this property is intended for families and quiet groups.
Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
