The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house, with the owners living upstairs.
It is in a residential area with neighbors, so parties, events, birthdays, christenings, and celebrations are strictly prohibited.
We kindly ask guests not to bring sound systems or play loud music.
The house is designed to accommodate 5 people; no additional guests are allowed on the property, or a surcharge will apply. This holiday apartment on the Atlantic offers mountain and sea views and is situated in the charming village of Arona on the island of Tenerife.
It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, and, on request, a cot and high chair.
Relax on the furnished open terrace, cool off in the pool or under the outdoor shower, or prepare a meal on the barbecue to enjoy with family and friends.
The nearest restaurant is an 8-minute walk (600 m), a bar is a 9-minute drive (5.2 km), a supermarket is a 4-minute walk (300 m), and a playground is also nearby.
Beautiful beaches like Playa de Los Cristianos are an 11-minute drive away (5.5 km), and a bus stop is an 8-minute walk (650 m). Street parking is available.
Pets are welcome. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. If interested, please contact the host via the booking platform at least 48 hours before arrival, as it takes almost 2 days to heat.

The property is in a residential area and was very peaceful and being with a private pool was great to relax in after being out for the day. The owner/host was so cheery and helpful we felt at home and would very quickly recommend

Very out dated villa really needs a upgrade no oven just a 2 ring hob no dishwasher shared washing machine with owner but you can only use 1 time in 7 days furniture very old and uncomfortable. outside area needs upgrading looks old and grubby . Was told by the son we could check out at 2pm due to f...
