The holiday apartment La Casita is located in Adeje, Tenerife, and boasts a beautiful view of the sea.
The 30 m² apartment is set in an old barn (150 years old) that has been restored and fitted in Nordic style.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
One of the highlights of the property is its communal outdoor area (shared with the homeowner who lives next door), which consists of a garden with garden furniture, a covered terrace, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower, as well as a chill-out area with great views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The apartment “La Casita” leaves little to be desired and it is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
There are restaurants, bars, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity that can be reached in approximately 5 minutes walking (350m), while the closest beach, Playa de Ajabo, can be reached after an 11-minute drive (7.2km).
Here guests can relax on the sand, take a dip in the sea or stroll along the beautiful coast.
The airport of the island can be reached after just 23 minutes driving (26.5km). Street parking is available. No pets allowed. The host has 3 dogs and 2 cats.
The dogs are not loose and do not bark. - Important: For safety reasons, no kids under 18 years old are allowed. - As there are stairs to access one bedroom, this property is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. - No parties are allowed under any circumstances.
Going against this rule will cause cancellation of booking. - Please note that the pool is not private and not heated, but shared with the owners who live next door. - Bed linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 days.
