This 25 m² apartment is a restored 150-year-old former barn.
It features Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Outdoor areas are shared with another holiday home for 2 adults and the owner’s house next door, except for one open terrace reserved exclusively for guests.
Restaurants, bars, and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away, while shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes by car.
South Airport is 30 minutes away by car, North Airport is 1 hour by car.
Street parking is available, but due to construction, parking may be difficult at certain times.
No pets allowed.
The host has 3 dogs (golden retriever and labrador) and 1 cat; the dogs are loose, quiet, and very friendly.
For safety, only adults and registered guests may access the property.
The home has stairs and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
No parties allowed.
Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00.
Smoking is only allowed outside and only regular cigarettes; no drugs permitted.
For safety, do not light candles inside.
The pool is neither private nor heated.
Do not feed the dogs.
When using air conditioning, please keep windows closed and turn it off when leaving.
Do not throw paper in the toilet; use the bin.

Das Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und vielfältig nutzbar.
Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Von den Terrassen hatte man einen weiten Blick über Küste und Meer. Meistens war Gomera sichtbar.
Das Tinyhaus war überraschend klein und dunkel.
Die Aussicht wurde durch den Blick auf die Autobahn nicht gerade bereichert, aber die geschilderten Vorteile haben diese "Nachteile" ausgeglichen.
