The 193 m² holiday home “Mirabo Ramonet” is situated in the beautiful countryside between Cas Concos and Felanitx, in the southeast of Mallorca, and is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays.
The country home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a safe, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair.
The spacious private outdoor area will impress you with a big open and covered terrace, where you can have breakfast, relax and enjoy the evenings with delicious barbecued dinners and a glass of wine.
The pool invites you to take refreshing swims, after which you can bask in the deck chairs while looking upon the surrounding mountains or unwind in the jacuzzi.
In Cas Concos, only a 7-minute drive (3.3 km) from the property, you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy as well as restaurants.
Furthermore, the charming artist town of Felanitx is located a 12-minute drive (5.5 km) north of the property and is known for its architecture, bars, cafés and many events.
A number of wonderful beaches can be reached by car within 25 minutes (17 km), and the seaside town of Portocolom, a 25-minute drive (19 km) east of the villa, is well worth a visit and boasts a marina located in a scenic cove.

Finca mit Potenzial

Rein von der Optik macht die Finca was her. Ebenso der Pool ist einfach ein Hingucker.
Die Einrichtung ist leider teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sollten auch nochmal in Angriff genommen werden um dort alles auf einen neuen Stand zu bringen.
Das Dach der Terrasse zum Pool sollte ebenso wider erneuert werden, da dies auseinander fällt.

Toller Pool mit Whirlpool,gute Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen,grosses Gelände mit Parkplatz,schnell bei Lidl und Rossmann (7min), Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine,
Gute Lage zu diversen Stränden und Buchten (30 min )
Geschirr und Besteck sehr stark abgenutzt oder defekt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sehr alt teilweise rostig.
Sofa durchgesessen.Haus nicht voll klimatisiert.
Kommunikation mit Inhaber etwas schwierig.
