The holiday home Cas Casai is located in Son Negre in the southeast of the island close to the towns of Felanitx and Cas Concos.
The home impresses guests with its mountain view, as well as the idyllic outdoor area.
The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home boasts a gorgeous private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a grill and an outdoor shower.
Here you can properly relax and enjoy your free time.
The next restaurant is 5 minutes away by car (3.4km), as is the nearest supermarket.
It takes 5-10 by car to reach the authentic Mallorca town with restaurants, markets, cafés and bars (6km).
On Sundays there is a traditional market in Felanitx.
Meanwhile, the Park National Beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car (14km), as well as the well-known beach of Es Trenc and the Golfclub Vall D'Or.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is 40 minutes away by car.
Free parking is available on the property and in a garage.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt keine Handtücher für den Pool oder den Strand. Auch Sonnenschirme sind nicht vorhanden.
