Nestled within Mediterranean greenery, the holiday home “Villetta Simius” is located in Villasimius, just a short walk from the beach.
The charming house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one in the basement) and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (not in the basement but still very cool and bright), a washing machine, a fireplace and a television.
In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden with a lush green lawn and pine trees, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy some morning tranquility.
In a 6-minute drive you will reach the centre of Villasimius which offers restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets.
In a 7-minute walk you will reach the beach of Campulongo where you can relax on the soft sand.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.
Due to the layout of the accommodation, it is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

Posizione ottima per la spiaggia, ampio giardino e patio con griglia. Parcheggio interno per 2/3 macchine. Camere con clima. Doccia esterna ottima. Posizione tranquilla e più fresca rispetto al centro.
Arredamento interno datato. Frigo cucina da rivedere. Ingresso mezzi scomodo e un po' pericoloso.

La vicinanza alle spiagge
L'entrata in casa con la macchina è pericolosissima, il cancello fatiscente è chiuso con catena e lucchetto,posizionato bordo strada, senza rientranza. Quindi bisogna accostarsi al lato opposto, scendere,attraversare la strada priva di illuminazione e a percorrenza veloce. Davvero rischioso. L'illum...

The villa needs a serious Update. There was no decent reliable wi-fi, ended up using data during the while stay. There was no basic “just arrived” things like soap, toilet paper, shower gel etc. no microwave, which made eating a bit tricky. No dishwasher which added extra work. The furniture is very...
