In northwestern Fuerteventura, the apartment Miguel Benitez boasts a marvelous location just a few steps from the beach in El Cotillo.

Built on the foundations of an old sailor’s house, the current building has belonged to the same family for several generations and consists of 4 apartments.

Located on the 1st floor, this luminous holiday apartment is decorated in maritime colors with spectacular sea views and has a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom.

The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a baby cot, children’s toys and a television.

There is additionally a rooftop terrace shared with one other apartment of the building, which has plenty of room to tan under the warm sun and enjoy the fresh breeze from the ocean.

Thanks to the dreamlike location of the property, a supermarket as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity: all within 300 m or a 3-minute walk away.

Furthermore, the pebble beach Playa del Muellito is only 100 m away and the stunning, sandy beach of Playa De Los Lagos is 500 m or a 7-minute walk away.

Here you can stretch out on the soft sand, learn to surf or simply refresh yourself in the sparkling ocean. Children are not allowed on the property, only adults aged 18 and over.
