Boasting a terrific location in the heart of El Cotillo, one of the most famous surf spots on Fuerteventura, the holiday apartment Benitez Umpierrez is just a few steps from the beach and impresses guests with an amazing shared terrace.
Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment with rustic architectural elements and splashes of color consists of an open-plan living/dining room with an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include an excellent fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, a television, a washing machine and a baby cot.
In the common outdoor area, which is shared with only one other apartment, there is a spectacular rooftop shared terrace with a magnificent view of the glittering sea.
Here you can tan under the warm sun and enjoy the fresh breeze from the ocean.
There is also a shared covered dining area where you can share delicious meals with your loved ones.
Thanks to the dreamlike location of the property, a supermarket as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity: all within 300 m or a 3-minute walk away.
Furthermore, the pebble beach Playa del Muellito is only 100 m away and the stunning, sandy beach of Playa De Los Lagos 500 m or a 7-minute walk away.
Here you can stretch out on the soft sand, learn some surfing or simply refresh yourself in the sparkling ocean.
There is access to the terrace from the staircase of the building, but not directly from the apartment.

Nice veranda with sea view.

Appartement très bien situé au centre du village ,à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants. Possibilité de louer des vélos dans le village et/ou de prendre des courts de kite surf. Équitation à proximité. Plages accessibles à pied de la location(10 minutes). Merveilleux contact avec les propriétaires.

The house is in a very quiet, secluded spot but also very close to the lake and marina. Fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice. We comfortably fit 6 people in the house.
