This modern and comfortable semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area of Cala d'Or and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
All services, such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, boutiques, playgrounds, etc. are within walking distance.
Different beaches like Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Petita are only a short walk away and in a few minutes by car you can reach the popular beach of Cala Mondragó, which is located in the natural park near Portopetro.
The private pool (6m x 3,5m) is located at the back of the house and has a beautiful sunny terrace with artificial grass, hammocks, table and chairs, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and an awning.
Inside the house is spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a modern and equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a comfortable and bright air-conditioned living and dining room.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) with air conditioning, 1 family bathroom and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom also has a dressing room.
A travel bed and a high chair are available upon request.
There are 2 playgrounds nearby (one 100m and the other 300m away) and a gym is only 100m from the property.
All kinds of sports activities are offered here.
Only 200 m away there is a supermarket where you can buy fruit and vegetables from local farmers and fresh bread.
If you travel with children, the best way to discover Cala d'Or is by the "mini train".
This is a small tourist train that will take you through the area.
There is also a public bus stop near the house.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price.

Fijne plek om echt tot rust te komen, tuin met zwembad was super!

Het zwembad en de tuin, keuken was ook fijn alleen miste we bijv grote kommen voor salades.
Lag niet aan de accomodatie maar de hanen in de omgevind die om 4:00 snachts al begonnen met kraaien.
