Nestled in the countryside and only one kilometre from the picturesque harbour town of Portopetro, the typical Majorcan natural stone villa Sa Punta is situated in a quiet location and impresses with its lovingly designed outdoor area with numerous plants and a pool.
The villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one in the main house, the 2nd bathroom is in the annexe of the barbecue) and can accommodate 6 people.
Facilities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair as well as a wood stove for colder days.
In the idyllic outdoor area shaded by trees and with numerous seats, a 27m² large pool, a covered terrace and a barbecue you will enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The centre of Portopetro with its supermarkets, restaurants and cafés is only a few minutes' drive away.
The small but fine sandy beach Cala d'en Borgit is 3 km away and can be reached in 7 minutes by car. Other beautiful bays are located in the Mondragó Nature Park, which you can reach in 23 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. The 2nd floor of this property, as well as the balcony, are not accessible to guests as it is not habitable.

Die sehr ruhige und private Lage gibt viel Raum zum relaxen. Großzügige Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten am Pool, in der Hängematte oder auf der überdachten Terrasse bieten jedem die Gelegenheit, die er braucht - ob Sonne oder Schatten. Die Gastgeberin kommuniziert zeitnah und klar und ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
Wirklich vermisst haben wir nur eine Klimaanlage. Das ist aber keine Abweichung von der Beschreibung und war aber nur deshalb schwierig, weil es zu dieser Zeit ungewöhnlich heiß und schwül war. Ansonsten finden wir das unproblematisch.

Quiet location
Decent pool once it was cleaned
The pool that hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival ,we had to ask for it to be cleaned. It took the pool man over 1 hour to clean it
.The difference was astounding
The accommodation was surprisingly cramped ,more like a small flat.
we were 4 adults 2 children .6 adults would not be comfortable...
