In Port de Sóller, the apartment Can Joi 12 is located on the 1st floor of a house just a few meters from the beach.
With 130 m² of living space, the beautifully furnished apartment features a light-filled living and dining room, a very well-equipped country house kitchen in pastel colors, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds each), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. A cot and high chair are available upon request. The highlight of the accommodation is the sun terrace, which offers a large awning, a table with chairs, and 2 sun loungers—perfect for enjoying meals together while taking in the unique view of the bay, the crystal-clear water, the sandy beach, and the mountains on the horizon.
A selection of restaurants, bars, and shops are within 200 meters.
The beautiful sandy beach Platja d'en Repic is just a short walk from the property and invites you to relax on its fine sand and swim in the turquoise blue water. This is a self-catering property.
Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are provided.
Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies once those in the property have been used.
For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

L'appartement est vaste et bien situé. La climatisation fonctionne bien.
Le lave-linge et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnaient pas. Un chien aboyait au rez-de-chaussée. Il n'y avait qu'une clé pour 6 personnes.
