In Port de Sóller the apartment Can Joi 12 is located on the 1st floor of a house directly on the beach.
On 130 m² of living space the beautifully furnished apartment has a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped country house kitchen in pastel colours, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and thus can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a wood burning stove, a TV, a cot and a high chair.
The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the sun terrace with a large awning, a table with chairs and 2 sun loungers, where you can have meals together.
Meanwhile you can enjoy the unique view of the bay with crystal clear water, the sandy beach and the mountains on the horizon.
The nearest supermarket is 2.4 km or a 5-minute drive away and a selection of restaurants are within 200 metres.
The beautiful sandy beach Platja d'en Repic is right on your doorstep and awaits you with fine sand and turquoise blue water.
Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! If you check in after 9:00 p.m. you will have to do it through a self check in or will have to pay an extra fee.
