Located in the renowned seaside resort of Pittulongu, the charming holiday home 'Sardinia Sea View Pool & Spa' offers a wonderful sea view and is part of a complex with a large communal pool area.
Despite being in a condominium, the house stands out for its privacy and proximity to white sandy beaches.
It features a living room with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Child-friendly, the property includes Wi-Fi (via 4G stick), air conditioning in every room, smart TV, cot, children's bed, and high chair.
The complex offers a 250 m² communal pool and a children's pool.
The pool area is open from 15/06 to 15/09 and supervised by a lifeguard.
Guests also have access to a private whirlpool mini-pool. In the insulated winter garden, resembling a terrace and serving as an extra lounge, you can enjoy delicious meals with a glass of wine while admiring the sea view of Pittulongu.
Prepare fish or meat dishes on your grill and soak up the Italian atmosphere as the horizon turns soft red at sunset.
The property also features a small garden. The nearest beach, Spiaggia dello Squalo, offers amenities such as bars, restaurants, umbrellas, sun loungers, and sports equipment and courses.
Many other beaches are about 550 m away and easily reachable on foot.

Wohnung war sehr sauber. Schnelle Abwicklung. Ruhige, gemütliche und schöne Lage. Großer Kühlschrank.
Überdachter Stellplatz für das Fahrzeug.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants schnell erreichbar.
Einrichtungen ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, und eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftigt - Wohnraum, Bad, Kochstelle.
Rustikale Leuten können der Urlaub sicher genießen

Ruhige lage, angenehme Vermieterin
Der Kampf mit dem heißen Wasser Wasser jeden Tag. Kochen maximal mit einer Platte möglich und zum Strand ist es auch ca 1km. Man muss nach dem Baden mit einem schönen Spaziergang Berglauf rechnen.

We stayed there in August and finding a place for a reasonable price was a mission. This holiday apartment is around 15 min walk to fantastic beaches of Pittolongu. The swimming pool and the parking slot is just a stone's throw from the apartment. The host was vey helpful and quick in response.
