Situated about 10 km from the beautiful east coast of Mallorca, the rural country house S'Oratge near Artà lies on a 14.650 m² property, which promises guests a maximum level of privacy and absolute tranquillity.
The dreamlike finca has a light-flooded living/dining room with a wood stove and characteristic, high ceilings, a fully-equipped, ultramodern kitchen with a dining area, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
Outside, there is a covered, furnished terrace that invites you to barbecue and eat delicious meals together.
From here you have an impressive view of the mountains on the horizon, the extensive lawn that merges into an orchard, and finally the luxurious 50 m² private pool.
The pool is inviting for a refreshing dip and is lined with outdoor showers, sun loungers and sitting areas.
Read a good book, tan in the sun or let the private, idyllic surroundings work their magic on you. The little guests of the house are also taken care of: a playground with a trampoline, a slide, a swing and a sandpit invites them to play and have fun! A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the village of Artà (4 km). The beaches of Costa dels Pins and Cala Millor can be reached after about 10 km and a few driving minutes.
Here you can listen to the rhythmic sound of the waves and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Parking is available on the property.
