Guest reservations are accepted from 30 years of age. In Artà, the 3-storey Finca Son Forte Nou is situated in a quiet, idyllic area and is therefore suitable for everyone who wants to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The Majorcan Finca has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with air conditioner in each one (one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath).

It can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

From the living room you reach a furnished veranda, where you will find a lounge area with upholstered seating and a dining table with adjoining barbecue area.

Here you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your loved ones and finish mild summer evenings with a glass of wine.

The balcony on the 1st floor also invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the lush vegetation of the surroundings and the mountains.

The absolute highlight, however, is the 36 m² pool, which is surrounded by a spacious lawn with sun loungers.

The stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten here! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached after 2.5 km in the centre of the village of Artà and the nearest beach, Cala Moll, is 14 km or a 20-minute drive away. Parking is available on the property.
