In Capdepera, on a 50,000 m² property, you will find the Es Garrovers holiday home, an estate built in the 18th century and owned by the same family ever since.
The cottage has been renovated, combining modern comfort with rustic charm, and enchants its guests with the lush vegetation of the property.
It has a comfortable living room with armchairs in front of the fireplace, a dining room with stone walls and an arched ceiling, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
The absolute highlight is the private pool, which is flanked by sun loungers and umbrellas and promises relaxing holiday hours.
The outdoor area also features a beautiful garden and a large number of furnished terraces with mountain views, where you can have meals together near the barbecue area or relax on the lounge furniture.
A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in Artà or in the centre of Capdepera.
Both towns are 4 km or a 7-minute drive from the accommodation.
The nearest sandy beach, Platja de Canyamal, is 10 km or a 14-minute drive away. Parking is available on the property.

Tolles Haus und sehr schönes Anwesen, viel Ruhe und trotzdem war man überall sehr schnell mit dem Auto.
Toller Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar war. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

La casa es muy acogedora y con una distribución que hace la estancia muy agradable y cómoda, perfectamente equipada. El entorno es precioso y tranquilo. Y Xisco encantador, nos ayudó con todo, siempre disponible y simpático. Un bello lugar.

Diese Finca ist ein Traum! Sie ist wunderschön gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht.
Wir haben hier mit 6 Personen einen wundervollen Urlaub genossen.
