Tucked away in a quiet area just outside of the centre of Costa Teguise, the luxurious Villa Las Perseidas promises a perfectly tranquil holiday experience in absolute privacy and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The elegant villa consists of a spacious living/dining room, several additional lounge areas, a very well-equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and an additional dining table, 5 tastefully-decorated bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each and 2 with double beds) as well as 4 bathrooms with modern design.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television.
Air conditioning is only available in the main bedroom and the living room, the other bedrooms have fans.
The absolute highlight of the fenced property is the enormous outdoor area, which enchants guests with its array of terraces and the beautiful 59 m2 pool which, with its elegant form, promises refreshment on sunny afternoons for all guests, both young and old. Outside visitors can sunbathe by the poolside, enjoy fresh, barbecued meals together in the crisp air, and shower off before returning inside.
One open terrace on the upper floor, however, is the most captivating of all: here the natural beauty of Lanzarote’s landscape - with views of the mountains and open sky above - encompasses visitors as they recline in sun loungers.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are still only a 3-minute drive (1.8 km) away in Teguise while the beautiful sandy beach, Playa Las Cucharas is about 2.3 km or a 4-minute drive from the villa.
Here visitors can stretch out on the golden sand, forget the stress of everyday life and listen as waves roll up on the shore. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Parties are strictly forbidden.

The kids loved the pool at the villa. They were never out of it! The villa had everything and more, lovely outdoor space, very clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location was also great for us. Carlos was very accommodating, giving recommendations for days out and places to eat, all of which did not disappoint.
The holiday wasn't long enough!

La casa es grande y está fenomenal. En coche tardas menos de 5min a la playa y andando 20min y se hace cómodo. Tiene un gran porche que es donde pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo, no hay ruidos y es súper acogedor. Gracias al propietario Fernando y a Maxi por solucionar los pequeños inconvenientes q...

We stayed at the property with 5 adults and an 8 year old. Gorgeous property in a secluded cul de sac. We had a small problem with ants but this was sorted immediately upon reporting. While it is lovely to be in a quiet location it is advisable to hire a car as it is a bit of a walk in to town but not too onerous. Sun on the pool most of the day, with comfy outside seating area.
