Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, the elegantly furnished Casa Tramontana is situated in an idyllic, green setting in the village of Lloseta.
The light-flooded, spacious holiday home has several living rooms, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people.
Warm light flows through the floor-to-ceiling panorama windows and creates a very special living atmosphere.
Other features include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 baby cots and a highchair.
The spectacular outdoor area, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, has a covered terrace and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a large pool.

Due to the ideal location of the house you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés within 10 minutes on foot.
The distance to the west and east coast of Majorca, and therefore to the nearest fine sandy beaches, is about 30 km. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. The property is located in family urbanization so parties or any type of event are not allowed. group of young people are not allowed
