The holiday home Sa Verdal is located in Selva and is surrounded by beautiful greenery.
The 90 m2 house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite TV and a highchair upon request.
The highlight of this charming property is it's fantastic private outdoor area with a pool, a garden and terraces (open and covered).
The closest restaurant is just a 6-minute walk from the property (400 m) while further restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached by car in 6 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is also just a 6-minute walk away (400 m).
After less than 25 minutes driving you will arrive at Port d'Alcudia where you can spend the day at the beach or enjoy a walk along the harbour.

Aircondition ist technisch hervorragend zu justieren. Alles sehr gepflegt. Ganz nette Gastgeberin. Die überdachte Lounge garantiert schöne Abendstunden.
Im Dorf ist nicht wirklich eine Gastronomie.
