The holiday home has a cosy living room with a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.
In the fantastic outdoor area there are 2 communal pools (one of them a children's pool), which you share, as well as the well-kept garden with garden furniture, with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes.
A covered, private terrace with barbecue invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors.
In this small complex you can spend relaxing holidays in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars are within walking distance and there are also shopping centres, leisure facilities and water parks in the area.
The beach is only 150 m away and can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.
Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street.
Pets are allowed (on request).
Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.
Noisy parties, events or gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate departure of guests and cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.

El anfitrión super amable y resolutivo Entorno agradable y bonito, estancia amplia y funcional
La masificación de la isla y el retroceso importantísimo de la arena en calas y playas que ahora solo tienen piedras con su acceso al agua y al baño bastante precario.
En resumen, sigue con su encanto, faltaría más, pero ha cambiado a peor por lo antes mencionado.
