Villa Costanza welcomes you in the middle of a quiet residential area and convinces with its coordinated furnishing and a great outdoor area.
The holiday home offers on 130 m² space for up to 10 persons and has a bright living-dining area with adjacent, well equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The property can accommodate 8 people.
Further equipment includes a TV and a barbecue.
The highlight of the villa is the large pool in the own garden equipped with sun loungers, which invites you to linger under the Italian sun. The nearest beach, Spiaggia Punta Su Turrone, is 11 minutes walk away and La Pelosa, one of Sardinia's most famous beaches, is only 15 minutes by car. The Stintino Country shopping centre offers a variety of shopping facilities and is only 2 km away and can be reached within 4 minutes by car. You will also find a small selection of restaurants 1.2 kilometres away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. There is an additional sleeping bed for 2 people.
A cot can be added upon request.

La struttura ha degli spazzi comodi, solo questo, sperate che non piova perché altrimenti vi troverete a raccogliere secchi d'acqua, portatevi l'insetticida perché le formiche sono ovunque anche sui letti, se siete più di 5 portatevi anche tazze e bicchieri ce ne sono solo 5, una delle camere non ha...
