La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile, ha fornito pellet in abbondanza (siamo stati a dicembre). Appartamento ben attrezzato con tanti spazi per sistemare roba. Letto comodo. La vista dal balcone è molto gradevole.
I gradini rotti nelle scale di accesso sono pericolosi di notte anche perché c'è poca luce e umidità sulle piastrelle. Il frigo e posate che erano mezzo puliti. Il bidet non era fissato. La cappa della cucina rotta e appiccicosa.
